How can I make the payment?

You need to make payment only after services have been rendered upto your satisfaction. You can opt to pay via our payment gateway through options including credit card, debit card or netbanking. Alternatively, you can make transfer directly to Gapoon’s account or pay by cash.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the service?

How can I avail benefits of service warranty?

Gapoon provides a service warranty on every service. In case of you are facing an issue, please reach out to our customer support team at +91 8105826091 & we will be provide a free revisit to resolve the same. Please do not contact service providers directly in which case the warranty may not be applicable.

Do I need to provide the material or tools to the technician?

Basic tools for the job like spare parts, machines would be carried by our service provider. Any material, if required would be purchased on customer’s approval & a material bill would be provided against it. We assume basics such as ladder, cleaning cloth would be available at our disposal.

How can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

To reschedule/ cancel a booking, please reach out to our customer support at +91 8105826091 & we would be able to make the necessary changes.

What is the turnaround time?

We will confirm your booking within 30 mins during working hours ( 9am- 7pm, Monday to Saturday). You can avail the services as per your preferred timeslot

Does Gapoon provide accidental damage warranty?

Our professionals are highly trained & experienced. But in the case of an unlikely event of damage during the service, we provide an accidental damage cover upto Rs.25,000.

We have specially curated 5 kinds of packages for home- Basic Home Maintenance, Premium Home Maintenance, Premium Home Care, Pest Control & Festival Packages for different requirements. You can also customize a package to best suit your house requirement.

How can I customize a package for my home?

How to extend my package if the man-hours gets exhausted in the stipulated tenure?

You can add extra hours to your packages at discounted rates.

How to cancel existing GMC package?

We hope to serve you to the best of our abilities so that the occasion where you have to cancel the GMC does not arise. However in the rare case that you have the cancel the agreement, following are the terms and conditions- On cancellation of the GMC Agreement within 2 months of signup, all the services rendered till date will be charged as per the price list mentioned on the website. The remaining amount if any will be credited back to the customer within next 15 working days. In case of cancellation post 2 months of signup, the cover would be non-refundable.

How to transfer GMC if you are shifting to a new house?

If you are relocating to a similar house type (2 BHK apartment to 2 BHK apartment), your package would continue at your new location. However, if the size of property changes then appropriate revisions would be made.

Can I transfer my GMC package to another person?

GMC is non transferable to another person.

How often can I schedule my visits?

You can schedule the services as & when there is a requirement. Gapoon poses on restrictions on the same.

Do you provide warranty on material parts as well?

Gapoon is a service provider & we provide the complete warranty on our services. If materials are required for a job, please insist on the material bill to avail the respective warranty.

What if my AC is under warranty?

Please check if taking a service from external service providers would void your manufacturer warranty. If such is the case, we suggest you to please go ahead with an OEM service provider only.

What is the difference between general & detailed AC servicing?

General servicing includes washing and cleaning of filter, cleaning of condenser and evaporator, internal dust removal and temperature check, pre and post cleaning. While detailed servicing, washing and cleaning of the indoor unit's filter, external cleaning of indoor unit, cleaning of outdoor unit with water, blower and external cleaning of outdoor unit.

What’s the process for Sofa shampooing?

After dry vacuuming of sofa, we apply shampoo & thoroughly scrub the sofa, then wet vacuum the sofa to get rid of the all the dirty soap water. Sofa will be completely dry & ready to use in 3 to 4 hours. All fabric sofas can be shampooed with this procedure.

What is included in Full House Deep Cleaning?

A thorough cleaning covering every nook & corner of the house including all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, balcony & utility areas. It includes cobweb removal, furniture dusting, exterior cleaning of appliances, switches, fans, windows, doors, interior glasses, mirrors & fixtures cleaning. Special machines are used to scrub & polish the floor to bring back the lustre. In bathrooms- walls/floor tiles are scrubbed, hard-water stains are removed, bathtub, sink, exhaust fan & other fixtures are cleaned.

What’s not included in Full House Deep Cleaning?

Even though Deep cleaning is supposed to be an extensive exercise, there a few things which are not included in the service. Major exclusions are: Sofa shampooing, mattress shampooing, utensils cleaning, washing the clothes, cleaning the interiors of the kitchen appliances & personal wardrobes

What’s the difference between basic & deep cleaning?

Although both type of cleaning involves full house covering all the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen & utility areas, they mainly differ in the detailing of the cleaning process as mentioned. In basic cleaning: Floors are manually scrubbed. Kitchen appliance and cabinets are cleaned from outside only. Sofa/ carpet are dusted

What’s included in Bathroom cleaning?

An intensive cleaning & disinfection which includes tiles and walls scrubbing with specialized machines, cleaning of fixtures like toilet-bowl, sink, shower, bath-tub, Exhaust fans, lights, switchboards and mirrors. Also, faucets are treated to remove hard water stains & bring back the lustre.

What’s included in Kitchen cleaning?

Tiles, walls & kitchen platform are scrubbed thoroughly with specialized machines. Cleaning of Gas stove, external cleaning of electrical appliances and chimney. Cleaning of fixtures like fans, lights and ceiling. Utility areas associated with kitchen are also cleaned properly.

What’s covered in General Pest Control?

General Pest Control (GPC) is a comprehensive treatment against black/red ants, cockroaches, small lizards & crawling insects. Process includes application of gel/ spray treatment in every corner of the house or affected areas.

What’s the warranty in General Pest Control?

We do provide a 2 months warranty for our GPC treatment. However for year-long prevention & warranty, we highly recommend our Pest Control Packages wherein we provide 3 to 4 services per year depending upon the infestation & prevention required.

Will you provide an estimate before starting a painting job?

Yes, we always inspect the place & submit a quotation based on the area (in sqft) to be painted & the type of paint preferred. This inspection is free of cost & we proceed only after getting the customer’s approval.

Are your painting rates inclusive of material charges?

Yes for painting services, all the rates mentioned in the website are inclusive of material as well as labour charges.
