Few weeks back hackers broke through the firewall of Ashley Madison and threatened to release all information unless the site is shut down. Just like all hoax news, the site chose to ignore it because when a bomber says it’s a bomb, how often is there a bomb!
So, few days back, hackers went batshit crazy and released all of 30 GB data which included profiles of users and internal mails and memos. Basically EVERYTHING.
For those living under the cave, Ashley Madison is an online dating site which specializes in extra-marital affairs. Tagline being-“Life is short, have an affair”.
Following is a list of famous people who are caught red handed having profile on ashley madison site.
- Josh Duggar
Famous American political activist and television personality who is apparently more famous because of 9GAG than his reality show “19 kids and counting” (He had 18 siblings, yes.) landed himself in troubled water when reports regarding molestation by him when he was 15 emerged. Along with that, he publicly admitted of watching porn and being unfaithful to his wife and mother of 4. To add burn to all this, his name emerged in the Ashley Madison leak as well.
- Jeff Ashton
Jeff Ashton is a Florida state attorney who was on the prosecution team in the 2011 Casey Anthony trial. Among other things, he’s also famous for being the first one to win case by presenting the DNA evidence. So when his name got revealed, just like any kid who is caught with an open fridge about to grab the pastry at midnight, he said “no laws have been broken”. Lawyer-ed!

Classic american shenanigans. So our lead came in picture as a whistleblower and revealed everything like a boss. Justice was served a few week later when he himself got busted in Ashley Madison leak as well. Can’t imagine the last laugh other person must be having. It’s reported very well here.
