After your request has been placed, you will be receiving a call from the handyman within one hour. You can then schedule an appointment as per your convenience, by directly speaking to the handyman.

If the serviceman visits your place and for any reason no service is availed by you, then a visiting charge of Rs 150 is applicable. Otherwise the visiting charge is adjusted with the service charge.

Yes, we follow a stringent vendor selection process. Also, once selected we do a thorough background verification of all the vendors
Bathroom cleaning includes cleaning of the following:
  • Tiles and walls are thoroughly scrubbed with specialized machines.
  • Cleaning of fixtures like toilet-bowl, sink, shower and bath-tub.
  • Exhaust fans, lights, switchboards and mirrors are properly cleaned.
It takes on an average 2-3 hours for a serviceman to clean one bathroom.
Kitchen cleaning includes cleaning of the following:
  • Tiles, walls & kitchen platform are scrubbed thoroughly with specialized machines.
  • Cleaning of Gas stove, electrical appliances and chimney.
  • Cleaning of fixtures like fans, lights and ceiling.
  • Utility areas associated with kitchen are also cleaned properly.
It takes on an average 2-4 hours for a serviceman to clean one kitchen.
Full house cleaning includes cleaning of:
  • Bathroom
  • Kitchen
  • Living room
  • Cleaning of sofa/curtain/carpet
  • Floor cleaning of entire house
  • Balcony
  • Other utility areas
The average time taken to do deep cleaning of the house is 8-9 hours with a team of 4 people and supervisor working on it.
Although both type of cleaning involves full house covering all the rooms, bathrooms, kitchen & utility areas, they mainly differ in the detailing of the cleaning process as mentioned. In basic cleaning:
  • Floors are manually scrubbed.
  • Kitchen appliance and cabinets are cleaned from outside only.
  • Sofa/ carpet are dusted.
For sofa cleaning 3 steps are followed:
  • Dry vacuuming of sofa/ carpet
  • Application of shampoo & scrubbing
  • Wet vacuuming of sofa/ carpet
  • Sofa will be ready to use
We usually advise our customers not to use the sofas for 6 hours after the cleaning has been done to allow it to dry completely.

What is the service warranty that you provide for pest control services? We provide a service warranty of 3-6 months depending on the kind of pest control treatment. If the problem of pest still persists with warranty period, then we would be offering you free revisit.

Is the service warranty applicable for partial home pest treatment? If you avail pest control treatment only in parts of the house like one room, only kitchen, etc then the service warranty of is not applicable.

What are the modes of payment?

The payment needs to be directly paid to the handyman. We are in the process of introducing an online wallet system to make it more hassle free and convenient for our customers.

You can refer your friends for on-demand services as well as for Gapoon Maintenance Cover (GMC) packages. Once your friend successfully transacts his first booking through Gapoon, the respective points will be automatically added to your account.

We love to hear your feedback about how our services worked for you. You can submit review on Google, Android Play Store or your society’s Apartment Adda. Once the review is submitted, please upload the screenshot of the review for approval. Our team will assess the review and reward points to your account. Points will only be received if the review meets the criteria stated in our Review Guidelines

Loyalty program points can only be redeemed against the specific items mentioned in the ‘Rewards’ tab. Once the request to redeem is made, our team will get back to you with the necessary information within 24 hours.
